My Test With Maximum Shred & Xtreme Antler Day 0

Would you like some reliable information when it comes to navigating the dizzying maze of muscle growth supplements?

If so you’re in the right spot.

My name is Chris King. I’ve had some success (and lots of failure ;) ) in improving my recovery time and muscle growth, with diet changes and some natural muscle growth supplements.

I figured I’d keep a diary of some of my experiments to help others learn.

My first experiment will be with a supplement combo I heard about in Mens Health – Maximum Shred and Xtreme Antler.

To keep this test Scientific, I’ll kept my diet, exercise and sleep routine the same.

Ok, here’s some info I found on the two supplements I’m trying.

 Maximum Shred

First step: I ordered a bottle of Maximum Shred from this website. It’s the only place I could find it. It has a nice try before you buy policy though. Just pay shipping and handling and they’ll send you a 30 day supply to try out.

I popped in credit card info and 5 business days later it arrived in a big brown envelope and I began my test.

As I read in the  Health Article, people were getting fantastic results by taking Maximum Shred with a Deer Antler Supplement called…

…Xtreme Antler

I ordered a bottle of Xtreme Antler from this website.

It has the same deal as Maximum Shred except shipping and handling was $1 less ($3.95 total).


It turns out both products are from the same company and they arrived in the same brown envelope with some nice looking instructions and info (although they were a bit wrinkled).

Tomorrow, I’ll be taking them as directed and I’ll let you know how I feel after.

      It doesn’t taste like Candy. Sort of tastes like a mild medicine. It’s pretty easy to take down.

      Yah, I saw it in an article in some sort of health magazine.

      Maximum Shred you take 45 minutes before your workouts.

      Xtreme Antler you take you twice a day, morning and before bed.

    I am 40 yrs old and 50 lbs over weight, I never work out, I even drive to the store 2 blocks away. Can I still take the supplements and see any type of results? Seriously I am at a crossroads and ready to find the energy and drive to change my habits.

      Hi Tony,

      You can get some energy from Maximum Shred. Because the supplements work to speed up the repair and recovery time from your workouts, you’ll likely not get much out of it if you aren’t working out.

    i,am fifty about 150 lbs i am not in bad shape would like to get bigger dont want to lose weight will this stuff really help me

      At this point, I’d say I am bigger because of taking the combo of Maximum Shred and Xtreme Antler. I wanted to put on lean muscle mass (selfishly, because that is what I think girls find more attractive). The way I feel it working is like this: You work out. Muscles get all fucked up. Body comes in and repairs. That time difference between your muscles getting fucked up, and body repairing gets decreased when I’m on this supplement combo. If you want to look huge though, that takes more of a diet change than anything.
